We decided to “cross the pond”. Our first international trip started in France. Tony’s Grandfather died in World War II and no one from his family had ever visited the Lorraine American Cemetery, located in Saint-Avold, France. A beautiful and moving experience.
Being a tourist in Paris did not disappoint, from the Louvre to the Eiffel Tower, to the Notre Dame Cathedral, just to name a few. We do have a question though, we wonder if we are still married? Paris has removed all the “love locks” from the Pont des Arts Bridge due to the heavy weight.
