Our favorite “under the seat”, piece of luggage is from Samsonite.
If we each take this bag and a back pack, we can pack for 72 hours. The bag fits easily in an overhead bin.
The bag also fits under almost all airplane seats, even regional and smaller jets.
The bag holds up really well and we have been using the same bag, about 12 times a year, for 10 years. I also use this bag for business meetings and trips since it is on wheels. I can pack my laptop and all my paperwork and am not lugging on my shoulder! If you want to do any type of travel, you have to learn to pack light!
