CrossFit Cask Strength
When traveling, we always to try visit a CrossFit Box. CrossFit Cask Strength opened shortly before COVID, had to shut down and is now open again. We had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, Craig and one of the coaches, Gia. The coaching was awesome, and they kept us safe with social distancing and cleaning. The members were very welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend this Box if you live in the community or are visiting.
