McDonough, Georgia was a good stopping point for us on a recent road trip. What an adorable town outside Atlanta. We stayed at our favorite hotel brand, the Marriott Residence Inn. It is important to have a full kitchen so we can cook healthy meals.
We visited the welcome center, town square and Heritage Park. Heritage Park is home to the Veteran Wall of Honor, Veteran Museum and the historic village. The area was beautiful and peaceful.
