The Pere Marquette Rail-Trail has been inducted into the Rail-Trail Hall of Fame! In 2007 the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy (www.railstotrails.org) started recognizing exemplary trails around the country, based on merits such as scenic value, high use, amenities and historical significance. We LOVED this trail and we need to plan a trip back to finish. We are so excited to start exploring other hall of fame trails.
