We left Healy, Alaska and started our drive further south. Our first stop was Talkeetna. This tiny Alaska town was the inspiration for the TV show “Northern Exposure”. We loved Main Street and The Riverfront Park. Yes, I tried to make a snow angel in the middle of the frozen lake. As we were driving out of town, we finally saw our first Moose!
